1. Формат соревнований.
— Открытая командная мультиспортивная гонка-рогейн с двумя классами по
контрольному времени (далее КВ): 12 часов и 24 часа. Часть контрольных пунктов
(далее КП) представляет собой технические задания, за выполнение которых
начисляются баллы.
2. Место проведения и транспорт.
— Окрестности пос. Импилахти
— Стартовый лагерь будет располагаться вблизи базы Первая Линия на берегу залива
Импилахти.
— Точка финиша совпадает с точкой старта.
Добраться до места соревнований можно:
— на личном автомобиле;
— на «Ласточке» до ст. Сортавала, затем на такси.
О возможном трансфере от/до «Ласточки» сообщим дополнительно.
3.
Сроки проведения.
Гонка состоится 14-15 сентября 2019 г.
заезд возможен с 13 сентября.
14 сентября – непосредственно гонка.
08:00 — выдача карт и легенд
09:00 – открытие старта и транзитных зон (старт свободный, т.е. команды могут
стартовать в любое время по желанию, принимая во внимание КВ в своем классе и
закрытие финиша).
15 сентября — непосредственно
гонка, закрытие соревнований, отъезд участников
10:00 — закрытие транзитных зон.
14:00 — закрытие финиша.
15:00 — подведение итогов, объявление победителей.
4. Участники.
— К участию в гонке допускаются команды размером от двух человек, без
дополнительного разделения на классы.
— Половозрастной состав команд не регламентируется.
— Дети (до 16 лет) допускаются к участию в соревновании лишь с письменного
разрешения родителей.
— Кроме непосредственных участников гонки, к участию в мероприятии приглашаются
все желающие поболеть за участников, помочь в поддержании быта в лагере и в
транзитных зонах, поснимать фото/видео и отдохнуть в приятной компании.
— Отдельные зачеты ММ, МЖ, ЖЖ или для команд четверок откроем, если будет
хотя бы 5 заявок в соответствующих категориях.
5. Характеристика дистанции и обеспечение безопасности
—
На дистанции будут КП, располагающие к применению навыков гребли, езды на
велосипеде, скалолазания, веревочной техники, ориентирования и некоторых
других.
— Дорожная сеть развита умеренно
— КП на местности обозначены с помощью заламинированных красно-белых призм
размером А6.
— Участие в соревнованиях сопряжено с риском. Всю ответственность за свою жизнь
и здоровье участники несут самостоятельно, с чем они соглашаются, принимая
участие в гонке.
— Все вопросы обеспечения безопасности полностью находятся в ведении команд,
однако организаторы имеют право запретить прохождение конкретных КП либо
участков трассы по соображениям безопасности
6. Прохождение дистанции.
— В ходе гонки можно неограниченное количество раз посещать стартовый лагерь и транзитные зоны, где производить смену снаряжения.
— Порядок возвращения снаряжения из транзитных зон будет объявлен дополнительно.
— Прохождение КП и перемещение между КП во время гонки возможно как пешком, так и с использованием любых немоторизированных средств транспорта (в т.ч. водных и даже летательных).
— Порядок взятия КП произвольный.
— Взятием КП является фотография всех участников на фоне отметки КП, выполнение технического задания, подтверждается фотографией(-ями).
— Организаторы подумывают об использовании системы отметки SFR, но учитывая обилие технических заданий, есть большие сомнения в том, что это имеет смысл.
— Прохождение КП выполняется всеми участниками команды, т.е. на всех взятых КП должны быть на фото все участники команды.
— Если в легенде КП специально не оговорено иное, снаряжение участников на фотографии может не присутствовать (т.е. на свой страх и риск можно бросать снаряжение в лесу). Если в легенде КП сказано, что на фотографии должно присутствовать все снаряжение участников, на фото должно быть все без исключения снаряжение, взятое ими при последнем посещении стартового лагеря или транзитной зоны.
— Количество попыток взятия любого КП не ограничено. При возникновении очереди на прохождение КП на каждую попытку команде отводится время, оговоренное в легенде, после чего она обязана освободить КП для следующей команды и при желании встать в конец очереди. Время, проведенное в ожидании очереди для прохождения КП, не компенсируется.
— Если в задании КП указано: «касание отметки любой частью тела», то засчитывается касание в том числе одетыми/обутыми частями тела, но не отдельными (снятыми с себя) элементами одежды/обуви/снаряжения.
— Разметку, веревки и прочие элементы КП перемещать и изменять запрещено (если в задании не оговорено иное).
— Если команда не готова проходить какие-то этапы (например, требующие применения альпинистской техники или применения судов), то это вполне допустимо.
7.
Снаряжение и питание.
— Обязательное
снаряжение: цифровой фотоаппарат (один на команду), мобильный телефон.
Допускается использование телефона с камерой, но помните, что батарейки должно
хватить на всю 12/24 часа. Обращаем внимание, что сразу после финиша надо скопировать
фотографии, подтверждающие взятие КП, на ноутбук организаторов. Ноутбук имеет
разъемы USB, SD, LAN, а все кабели, переходники и драйверы участники берут
самостоятельно.

Все остальное снаряжение не обязательно и бороться за победу запросто можно без
любого предмета из списка, в наших гонках успешно конкурировали и пешие команды
с веревками, и велосипедисты со скальниками и, разумеется, команды с полным
комплектом снаряжения. Все зависит от ваших талантов и предпочтений, но больший
набор снаряжение открывает большие возможности.
— Для прохождения всей дистанции и взятия всех КП теоретически достаточно
одежды, обуви и бельевой веревки. Однако если смотреть на вещи реалистично,
гораздо быстрее и приятнее будет проходить дистанцию, пользуясь перечисленным
ниже рекомендуемым снаряжением.
—
Велосипед (+ремкомплект, камера, насос, задний маячок) на каждого участника.
Для ориентирования на велосипеде рекомендуется использовать велопланшет.
— Озерная байдарка или иное плавсредство (вполне могут найти свое применение и
пакрафты), спасжилеты по числу участников.
— Основная веревка длиной 30 м (на команду).
— Комплект снаряжения позволяющий осуществить спуск, подъем по веревке и
движение по перилам в безопорном пространстве
— Скальные туфли (одна пара или более).
— Каска на каждого участника.
— Фонарь на каждого участника.
— Компас.
— Аптечка первой помощи.
— Запас еды и воды (питьевого качества вода, впрочем, попадается и под ногами).
При прохождении дистанции может быть оправдано переплывать какие-то небольшие водные преграды. Будет разумным либо одеваться в быстро сохнущую одежду, либо брать с собой гермомешок (на гермах, кстати, можно и плавать).

Допускается обмен снаряжением между командами как до начала, так и в ходе
гонки, но только в стартовом лагере или в транзитных зонах и только по
обоюдному согласию команд.
— Организаторы предоставляют ламинированные карты района гонки
(откорректированный генштаб), по умолчанию 1 шт. на команду. Дополнительные
карты и/или легенды предоставляются при технической возможности за
дополнительную плату. Электронные копии карт в формате JPEG и легенды в формате
XLS предоставляются свободно. Также для удобства участникам будут выданы
карандаши, которыми можно писать по ламинату (например, отмечать взятые КП).
— Питание в стартовом лагере и на дистанции каждая команда обеспечивает
самостоятельно.
— После финиша и до 14.30 14 сентября каждая команда должна сообщить
организаторам список взятых КП и предоставить подтверждающие фотографии.
8. Взносы
— Стартовый взнос составляет 400 рублей с человека при условии регистрации (регистрация откроется не позднее 5 августа) до 5 сентября, 600 рублей при регистрации до 12 сентября включительно и 1000 рублей — при регистрации 13 сентября и в стартовом лагере. Порядок оплаты взносов сообщается при регистрации.

9. Судейство и выявление победителей.
— Общий подход. Результаты команд, уложившихся в контрольное время,
определяются по количеству набранных баллов. При равенстве баллов выигрывает
команда, показавшая лучшее время. Команды, не уложившиеся в контрольное время,
штрафуются за каждую полную и неполную минуту опоздания. Команды, опоздавшие
более чем на 30 минут, дисквалифицируются.
— Балл за КП складывается из базовой и бонусной компонент. Базовые баллы даются
за удаленность КП от лагеря и техническую сложность пути к КП. Бонусные баллы
начисляются при выполнении на КП технических заданий и могут отсутствовать,
если КП не имеет технического задания.
— На дистанции и на большинстве КП судей не будет, 100% fairplay.
